Memberships are the heart and soul of operating and maintaining the Criterion Theatre & Arts Center. As a community-based theatre, our maintenance and restoration is supported by you. Each of our membership levels comes with a number of benefits, including discounts on Criterion events, free film and event passes, and more!

Please consider a contribution using our secure online membership form on the right, or download a form and mail it with a check. The Criterion Theatre and Arts Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductable.

$35 - $74 - Student Membership (1 free film pass)
$40 - $99 - Friend Membership (1 free film pass)
$100 - $249 Family Membership (2 free film passes)
$250 -$499 - Producer Membership (4 free film passes)
$500 - $999 - Director Membership (2 free film passes, 2 live event passes)
$1000 - Patron Membership
(4 free film passes, 4 live event passes, endless free popcorn)
$2500 - 4999.00 - Stakeholder Membership
(8 passes to any event, VIP artist receptions, Free use of The Criterion for one private party (as available), Endless Popcorn)

Volunteer
The Criterion has many exciting opportunities for volunteer activities. Event ushering, fundraising, distribution of posters and brochures, restoration, and special event activities are ongoing all year. We also welcome new committee members to help ensure the theatre and its historic elements remain protected in perpetuity. In Kind Services
Operating a theater and keeping an historical building up and running requires many services. Many people (and businesses) volunteer their time helping to defer overhead costs. Tax-deductible donations of time and specialized services are a huge way to help us move forward – stayed tuned as we launch specific projects, from painting, cleaning, or assisting with technical expertise – if you think you can help, get in touch with us!
